1.1 Can I make a return?

Of course! If for some reason you change your mind about the products you received, you will be responsible for return shipping. But don’t worry, we’ll still help you get set up with a label!

1.2 You shipped me the wrong stuff.

Orders that were shipped with wrong products can be returned free of charge! We will make it right for you!

1.3 How will I know if the parts will work on my bike?

We are more than happy to help you out with bike compatibility! Feel free to give us a call during operating hours M-F 10-6 MST or by emailing us at sales@5050bmx.com.

1.4 Where's my stuff?

Items will ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. As soon as the shipment is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number(s).

Items will sometimes ship from different warehouses, if this is the case you will receive a tracking email for each warehouse that processes your items.

In the event that an item ordered is backordered, we will reach out to you asap with your options! Typically we restock items quickly.

1.5 What's up with shipping costs?

Orders over $150 that are shipping to the lower 48 states will qualify for free shipping.

Orders under $150 will have shipping calculated by weight.

Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska do not qualify for free shipping.

1.6 Do you ship internationally?

International orders are handled on a case by case basis. Email support@5050bmx.com and we’ll do our best to get your stuff rolling asap!
